▫️ Is this just for Startup Entrepreneurs?
No. Established entrepreneurs will find value in evolving their business models, products/services and processes for simplicity, value and quality. Additionally, the extra support and collaboration opportunities are worth their weight in gold.
▫️ Is this the same as a traditional Mastermind?
Yes and no. Many of the features of a mastermind, including an aligned goal and having community support are the same. However, a membership does not have a specified end date like many masterminds. Unshakable Business Co-Lab is focused on you achieving your goal with a schedule that supports your Mental Health.
▫️ When are the coaching calls?
There are 2 coaching calls every week on Tuesday at 4pm PST and Thursday at 12pm PST. Thanksgiving week and Christmas-New Years there are no calls.
▫️ What is the format of the Coaching Calls?
Multiple members will be in attendance, but only 1 person at a time will be on screen with Gretchen. Approximately 4 people will be coached during each session. Coaching may happen face to face, with white boards, or with screen sharing (Gretchen's or the member's screen). There are 8-10 coaching calls per month.
▫️ Are the Calls Mandatory? Are they recorded?
None of the calls are mandatory. The courses alone will give you plenty of support to achieve your goals. However, you can accelerate your progress by attending.
The coaching calls are recorded, but not shared. The individuals coached during the call may request a recording of their portion only. This was a special request discovered during Customer Research. The intent was to protect business strategies and intellectual property discussed on the calls.
▫️ Will I have forever access to the courses & community?
Lifetime access enrollment will give you forever access.
Month to Month enrollment gives you access for the duration of your active membership. Once you close your account you will no longer have access.
▫️ What is the time commitment and when will I see results?
The timing will be different for each individual depending on their location in the entrepreneurial journey. All courses are available immediately upon enrollment. They are self paced. A full time entrepreneur, starting from scratch, may be fully up and running in 6-12 months. A part time entrepreneur, starting from scratch, may take 18 months. The Business Model complexity and decision to have some pieces "done for you" can influence your timeline.
▫️ Am I under contract for a length of time?
No. This is a month to month membership. You can stay an active member for as long as you wish. You may cancel at any time. Your monthly membership fee has a start and end date that coorelates to your date of purchase, not the 1st day of the month.
WHAT ABOUT A GUARANTEE?
You will have success using The Clarity Steps goal achievement system as taught in the Wired for Success Course. It's important that this approach is a good fit for you.. If, after you complete the Wired for Success Course, it doesn't feel like the right fit for you, you may request a refund. You must do this within 14 days of enrolling to receive a refund.

If you want to have success as an Entrepreneur, check your "Why" behind the desire. If it is for an immediate income, entrepreneurship may not be for you. If you want to do it to learn how to evolve & become financially self sufficient for a lifetime, you are in the right place.
Creating the right products & services involves research and lots of experiments. Personal evolution and skill building is also needed to be able to market, sell and manage the business. Everything is learnable. Success is inevitable for those committed to their vision and personal development.

▫️ Is this just for Startup Entrepreneurs?
No. Established entrepreneurs will find value in evolving their business models, products/services and processes for simplicity, value and quality. Additionally, the extra support and collaboration opportunities are worth their weight in gold.
▫️ Is this the same as a traditional Mastermind?
Yes and no. Many of the features of a mastermind, including an aligned goal and having community support are the same. However, a membership does not have a specified end date like many masterminds. Unshakable Business Co-Lab is focused on you achieving your goal with a schedule that supports your Mental Health.
▫️ When are the coaching calls?
There are 2 coaching calls every week on Tuesday at 4pm PST and Thursday at 12pm PST. Thanksgiving week and Christmas-New Years there are no calls.
▫️ What is the format of the Coaching Calls?
Multiple members will be in attendance, but only 1 person at a time will be on screen with Gretchen. Approximately 4 people will be coached during each session. Coaching may happen face to face, with white boards, or with screen sharing (Gretchen's or the member's screen). There are 8-10 coaching calls per month.
▫️ Are the Calls Mandatory? Are they recorded?
None of the calls are mandatory. The courses alone will give you plenty of support to achieve your goals. However, you can accelerate your progress by attending.
The coaching calls are recorded, but not shared. The individuals coached during the call may request a recording of their portion only. This was a special request discovered during Customer Research. The intent was to protect business strategies and intellectual property discussed on the calls.
▫️ Will I have forever access to the courses & community?
Lifetime access enrollment will give you forever access.
Month to Month enrollment gives you access for the duration of your active membership. Once you close your account you will no longer have access.
▫️ What is the time commitment and when will I see results?
The timing will be different for each individual depending on their location in the entrepreneurial journey. All courses are available immediately upon enrollment. They are self paced. A full time entrepreneur, starting from scratch, may be fully up and running in 6-12 months. A part time entrepreneur, starting from scratch, may take 18 months. The Business Model complexity and decision to have some pieces "done for you" can influence your timeline.
▫️ Am I under contract for a length of time?
No. This is a month to month membership. You can stay an active member for as long as you wish. You may cancel at any time. Your monthly membership fee has a start and end date that coorelates to your date of purchase, not the 1st day of the month.

You will have success using The Clarity Steps goal achievement system as taught in the Wired for Success Course. It's important that this approach is a good fit for you.. Call time is divided equally across members, for up to 5 coaching sessions per call. If only 1 person comes to a live call, they get the full hour. Plan to be pulled on screen unless you specifically request to only watch that day. The focus of these calls is to get you into action. These are "Done with You" sessions.
- Are the calls mandatory? Are the calls recorded?
No pressure here—calls are completely optional. The coursess alone are packed with everything you need to move forward. That said, showing up for coaching can really accelerate your momentum.
Calls are recorded, but not shared publicly. If you're coached during a call, you can request your personal recording.
Will I have forever access to the courses and community?
You’ll have full access to all the courses and private Facebook group for as long as your membership is active. When you cancel your membership, your access ends.
Am I under contract for a length of time?
No! This is a flexible, month-to-month membership. Stay as long as it serves you. Cancel anytime.
What is the time commitment and when will I see results?
That depends on your pace and where you are in your journey. You get immediate access to all the trainings when you join, and they’re self-paced so you can work through them on your schedule.
What tech do I need?
I keep it simple. Coaching calls use Google tools—Sheets (which are free with any Google account)
All coaching is done on Zoom, which you can access with a free account.
Any other tech will depend on your unique business needs.
